"EZ Painting Services impressed us from the start ! We had quotes from other local painters but even though EZ was not the lowest we were pleased that we accepted their quote simply because they did an excellent overall job and therefore provided good value for money.
They painted our outside and pool deck which had originally been done when the house was new with a now obsolete brand of paint and colours. They quickly matched the original colours, sourced from a quality local manufacturer, giving an 8 year warranty. They never missed an appointment and the old saying "Preparation is everything" was very much in evidence - with attention to initial pressure washing, soil levels , caulking, undercoat, and detailing, superb. Good cleanup afterwards with no paint on windows and no mess to clean up".

We are the original owners of our home in Windward (Cape Haze), that was built in 1996. I was always pleased with the painting service that we had used in the past, and I tried again to locate that painter---but he moved out of the area due to the decline in sub-contractor painting business. The house needed painting again, and I put a bid package together indicating what I would do in advance; what I expected from each contractor; timing and type of paint that I wanted to use. I solicited/reviewed 5 bids, and ultimately chose EZ Painting service LLC.
EZ Painting Service LLC was not the lowest bid, but they were very competitive; the owner (Earl Zambella) was on the job site (not sub-contracted to someone else) and provided additional services that I never had listed including:
Duplicate coats of primer where required.
Use of a special mildew resistant paint on the front door where we always had mildew problems before,.
Removal of all vertical downspouts from the roof gutters, so the area behind the downspouts could be painted
Removal of all previous over-painted areas around the framing of windows and doors.
The meticulous cutting in of paint edges around windows and doors, and the daily clean up was very well done.
You can tell at a glance that our home was professionally painted. I would recommend EZ Painting Service LLC to anyone wanting a superior painting job. We will certainly use them again for any interior and / or exterior painting that we need to have done on our home.
